We are looking for an Apprentice Butcher to work 40 hours, 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays. This job role however needs to be flexible to fit round the needs of the business. You will be trained in all aspects of the meat industry etc.
Duties/tasks you will carry out are:
- Sausage Making
- Carcass breakdown
- Liaising with customers and fulfilling order to ensure deadline are met, whilst working to make sure we are EHO compliant.
